Jack Kellard MRICS founded Kellard Property Limited. Jack is a Chartered General Practice Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working as a Development Surveyor, Asset Manager and Commercial Letting Agent.
Prior to setting up Kellard Property, Jack was responsible for the day to day development, leasing and asset management of 5 business parks in the UK, totalling in excess of 400 acres/2,350,000sq.ft. of office and industrial properties of all types and sizes.
Jack was responsible for leading the development, design, construction and management teams, to ensure that each deal and residential/commercial construction project were accurately budgeted, managed and delivered to a high level of quality, on time and within budget.
Jack has managed the refurbishment, extension and construction of all types of properties. From residential homes, small industrial and office properties, to large industrial, retail and office pre-lets, including large speculative office developments.
Kellard Property advises residential and commercial clients to plan and execute their asset management and development projects, from single storey house extensions, to small and large commercial properties and estates.
