B&NES Draft Local Plan Consultation.

The programme for consultation on the B&NES Local Plan have been announced.  The Local Plan will provide a strategy to guide new developments across the district and is being prepared alongside the Joint Spatial Plan.  The Draft Local Plan will be open for consultation in July, August and September this year.  Comments on the Draft Local Plan will inform the final Local Plan form.  The Draft Local Plan can be found at www.bathnes.gov.uk
